This kit includes six white 3.5 gallon buckets with a white spin-on lids for each bucket. Buckets are made of FDA compliant High Density PolyEthylene (HDPE) ..that's food-grade plastic for the rest of us. HDPE is not a candidate for the use of BPA which is reassuring for those of us desiring BPA free plastics. (The industry terminology is "BPA non-intent" which means that they do not use/add BPA.) We pride ourselves in maintaining clean inventory. Loose lids are typically bagged within the box. Lids are customer installed but may one or more may be pre-installed for shipping efficiency.
